Reporting to: Head - Marketing & Sales
To build Urja-Disha's brand image
To expand our market (grow in existing segments, identify and develop new segments)
To implement the marketing strategies of the company
To participate in increasing our customer base, sales and market share
To conduct the Marketing Processes :
Market Research as required: for new products, industries, applications.
Develop New OEMs: Identify and contact both in domestic and international markets. Send presentations, experience profiles, references. Follow up and generate enquiries.
Send Direct mailers as per plans. Generate new business leads and develop.
Exhibitions, Conferences: Identify, select, book, prepare (stall design, material for distribution, Invitations, prepare presentations), participate. Follow up and convert the leads generated.
Marketing Literature: Plan as per the Marketing strategies. Prepare new literature/update, print.
Advertising: Identify, approve appropriate media. Design and publish ads.
Digital Marketing: Engage with Linked-In and other platforms and our website. Arrange regular posts. Track and utilize the outcome.
Regularly monitor interests, enquiries coming from company website. Register and circulate. Ensure timely response.
New Business Development: For New Market Segments or New Products: Map the target segments. Contact, visit select prospects. Collect input data, process requirements. Prepare scheme, do costing, ROI. Make presentations, Send tentative proposals. Generate enquiries and hand over to Sales.
Marketing Budget: Support in preparing and monitoring the departmental Budget.
Marketing Info Systems: New Enquiry Registration. Enquiry Review. Orders Lost & Won Analysis.
After order execution is complete, get reference testimonials from the customers.
BE - Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Preferably MBA in Marketing though not essential
Work Experience in industrial marketing: Deputy Manager - upto 5 Years, Manager: 5-10 years.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong presentation skills
Experience in internet-based research
Excellent proficiency in Computer and Office software.

To lead and execute strategic sales initiatives for thermal engineering solutions, driving market expansion and revenue growth. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, guiding the sales team towards performance excellence, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.
Work closely with the technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our thermal engineering solutions.
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
BE Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical.
Min 12-15 Years experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong presentation skills, Familiarity with Search Engine Tools.
Excellent proficiency in Computer and Office software.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
