Urja Disha Boiler Technologies is an extended Design office for global OEMs & End users, with experience in wide varieties of technologies for combustion of fuels for steam generation, fired heaters, and utilization of waste energy for plant utilities with a track record of delivering highly efficient, reliable, and cost-effective designs in shortest cycle time.
To lead and execute strategic sales initiatives for thermal engineering solutions, driving market expansion and revenue growth. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, guiding the sales team towards performance excellence, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.
Work closely with the technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our thermal engineering solutions.
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
BE Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical.
Min 12-15 Years experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong presentation skills, Familiarity with Search Engine Tools.
Excellent proficiency in Computer and Office software.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Be responsible for day-to-day engineering activity and grow the business while being responsible for handover projects. This includes effective delivery, cost, quality, safety, and work environment.
Ensure that designs are delivered on time.
Ensure that designs are completed within predefined man-hours.
Ensure that all designs are checked through check sheets.
Accurately and promptly fill in man-hours in the software.
Participate wholeheartedly in TLC activities.
Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
Attend training sessions to develop competency.
Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience designing process equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, exchangers, steel structures, piping, and ducts.
Basic knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, structural analysis, piping analysis, fluid dynamics, metallurgy, instrumentation and control, and electrical systems.
Basic experience with IBR and non-IBR calculations, purchase specifications, thermal design, P&ID, and AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of codes such as IBR, ASME Section I, ASME Section VIII, IS 800, and BS 31.1.
Ability to work in a team and guide team members.

Expand our market by growing existing segments and identifying and developing new segments.
Implement the company's marketing strategies.
Help increase our customer base, sales, and market share.
Conduct the marketing processes.
Perform market research as required for new products, industries, and applications.
Develop new OEMs by identifying and contacting prospects in domestic and international markets, sending presentations, experience profiles and references, and following up to generate enquiries.
Send direct mailers as planned to generate and develop new business leads.
Identify, select, book, and prepare for exhibitions and conferences, including stall design, distribution materials, invitations, and presentations; participate and convert generated leads.
Plan marketing literature according to marketing strategies; prepare, update, and print materials.
Identify and approve appropriate advertising media, and design and publish advertisements.
Engage with LinkedIn, other digital platforms, and the company website; arrange regular posts and track and utilize outcomes.
Regularly monitor interests and enquiries from the company website, register and circulate them, and ensure timely responses.
Develop new business for new market segments or products by mapping target segments, contacting prospects, gathering requirements, preparing schemes, costing and ROI, making presentations, sending tentative proposals, and handing generated enquiries to Sales.
Support the preparation and monitoring of the departmental marketing budget.
Maintain marketing information systems, including new enquiry registration, enquiry review, and orders lost and won analysis.
Obtain customer reference testimonials after order execution is complete.
BE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
MBA in Marketing is preferred, though not essential.
Industrial marketing experience: up to 5 years for Deputy Manager and 5-10 years for Manager.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
