Sr. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address them
  • Work closely with the technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our thermal engineering solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

  • BE in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 12-15 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong presentation skills, familiarity with search engine tools
  • Excellent proficiency in computer and office software
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Sales Engineer

We’re seeking a highly experienced, innovative and motivated Sales Engineer with a strong knowledge of thermal engineering solutions. You’ll have significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape our sales strategies.

Job Purpose/Objectives:

Be responsible for generating leads, managing key accounts, monitoring sales activities and ensuring sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new enquiry leads through various avenues
  • Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for new enquiries in coordination with the proposal team
  • Follow-up on generated leads and proposals submitted actively with prospective clients
  • Convert the above proposals to business orders
  • Convince prospective clients on the merits of our proposal and handle any objections
  • Realize the most optimum price for our proposals
  • Conduct order transfer meetings (OTM) with concerned departments
  • Periodically review sales targets, annual business plans (ABP), and analyze order losses

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Diploma/BE Engineering in Mechanical or MBA in Marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong presentation skills, familiarity with search engine tools
  • Excellent proficiency in computer and office software

Design Engineer

We’re seeking a highly experienced, innovative, and motivated Design Engineer with a strong knowledge of process equipment design. You’ll have significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape our design processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that designs are delivered on time
  • Ensure that designs are completed within predefined man-hours
  • Ensure that all designs are checked through check sheets
  • Accurate and timely filling of man-hours in the software
  • Wholehearted participation in TLC activities
  • Attend training sessions to develop competency

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Diploma/BE Engineering in Mechanical
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of designing process equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, exchangers, steel structures, piping, ducts, etc.
  • Basic fundamentals of thermodynamics, heat transfer, structural analysis, piping analysis, fluid dynamics, metallurgy, instrumentation and control, electrical, etc.
  • Basic experience in IBR calculations, thermal design, STAAD Pro, CEASER, AUTOCAD
  • Basic understanding of various codes: IBR, ASME Sec 1, ASME Sec VIII, IS 800, BS 31.1
  • Ability to work in a team and guide team members
