Urja-Disha has developed special application for exchanging heat to or from slurry with PIPE in PIPE heat exchanger. Our design is having very low possibilities of fouling and chocking. Design construction helps very ease of cleaning & maintenance with practically no erosion.
We have used successfully these designs in precipitated silica plant (12 Nos.) for recovery of heat from slurry at various stages of operations & working successfully since from 2017.
We have adopted various combinations of parallel flow, Cross flow, mixed flow, split flow to achieve best performance based on process condition. Most of equipments have less than 1 year ROI.
