We have design waste heat recovery system for various applications like Heating of water (For boiler, plant process, Vapor absorption machines-Chiller etc.), Heating of air (For boiler, burners, process, dryers etc.), Heating of thermic fluids (For process heating, ORC liquid heating etc.), and Direct Drying (Coke, ores, biomass etc.).
We have more than 500 installations in various industrial segments like metallurgical, Tire, Food, Pharma, Process, Oil & Natural gas, Petrochemical, Chemical Industries with a range of 0.25 mkcal/hr to 50 mkcal/hr capacity.
Good experience of handling corrosive, erosive, dusty & fluctuating gases at very high temperature (+1000°C) & Low temperatures (100°C).
We have successfully design systems with wide varieties of extended surfaces based on process need like helical welded, helical press fitted, square fin, double H fin, Stud constructions & Cast Iron gilled.
